Today I left Cairns, joining the cruise I’ll be on for the next two weeks. Firstly, I walked along the boardwalk and found a very nice place to eat, overlooking the harbour.Then I joined the ship, and took a few pictures as Cairns gradually receded from view. You can see how close to the coast the mountains and tropical rainforests are.
