St Monica’s Cathedral

Unfortunately, I left my glasses on the bus after the trip to Kuranda, so the next day I spent quite a while getting to the office (by bus and shanks pony) and getting them. I forgot my hat, so I was a bit sunburnt and quite tired by the time I finished. The bus driver had recommended visiting the cathedral - he said it had some of the best stained glass in the world. It’s quite impressive. On one side was the creation of forests and land creatures and on the other, the creation of earth and seas and sea creatures. Both are continuous panels for the entire side of the cathedral.

After that, I spent the remainder of the day and the next being slothful.
