Fall

Autumn is really beginning to show! The Montmorency Falls are at the eastern end of Quebec City on the St Lawrence River. There are two parks - from the northern park you can walk across a bridge over the falls, or zip line across them. You then walk down a million steps and along the flat to the southern park, where you can catch a cable car back to the top.

I went along Highway 138 (the one with a gap in the middle that finishes at Labrador and is stunning). It’s definitely stunning at both ends.

On the way is the chapel of St. Anne de Beaupré. This is a church where pilgrims still come.
