Hudson Bay

Today was quite foggy. It also rained a little. As a result,we were quite surprised to see anything on our excursion down Hudson Bay from Rankin Inlet to Diana River along the coast of Hudson Bay. We went in a ATV.

However, there was much to see - if somewhat foggy. A perigrine falcon.

Longspur

Many siksiks

Ducks

And several pairs of sandhill cranes (each pair parted company as soon as we saw them)

The scenery was varied, with tundra

Lakes

Hills

And the mouth of the Diana River going into Hudson Bay
